During all of the hard rains we had recently, the windshield wipers were getting their full workout; however, very few drivers had their headlights on. This is now the law and we need to get in the habit of turning our lights on for safety.
Melody Settle and Stewart Settle honored their parents Mr. and Mrs. James L. Settle on Friday evening with dinner at the Country Cookin Restaurant in Warrenton with the occasion being their 22nd wedding anniversary. They were joined by Mike Smith of Amissville and Shelly and J.T. Groves of Warrenton. Best washes for the coming year and may you both be blessed with many more wonderful years together.
