Wakefield School announces the appointment of a new faculty member to its staff for the 1997-98 school year.

Susannah McClellan, a former Wakefield student herself, has returned to assume the role of teacher at her alma mater.

She is teaching seventh and eighth grade English as well as an American Government class for 11th graders.

McClellan recently completed an M.A. in education instruction (with social studies licensure for middle and secondary levels) at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.

She received her BA. in history at Syracuse University and was an M.Litt. candidate in ancient history at St. Andrews University in Scotland.
