4 The Holy Spirit is leading me to 2 talk to you again this week about your 5 salvation, your confession. Are you 0 born again or are you just going to

^ church on Sunday morning to satisfy £ your conscience? J The Bible says to judge yourself 8 and you won t be judged. Have you

£ ever done what the Bible describes in £ Romans 8:9 & 10? “That if thou shalt

^ confess with thy mouth the Lord Je0 sus, that God hath raised him from

Jthe dead, thou shalt be saved. For £ with the heart man believeth unto

2 righteousness; and with the mouth # confession is made unto salvation." 0 This means to openly confess Jesus £ as your Lord. Jesus teaches that you £ must repent. That means to change ? your ways and to live a life of obeying $ the Word of God. There is a hell to « shun and a heaven to gain; plus a life £ of joy and peace. Jesus called it a 5 more abundant life. (John 10:10)

I know this works if you follow Je| sus, because my family has been liv; ing it and enjoying it. We thought we

had a good life before we were saved, 1 but now we all agree that we have a I much better life. The Father has pre| destined that every person be saved and be a follower of Jesus. Remem1 ber Jesus walked this earth as a man, but He obeyed the scriptures, grew in | the word and walked and lived above sin. You and I can also. If we are > walking with Him and if we fall, He 8 has made a way for us to be forgiven

J and get right back in right standing with the Father. (I John 1:9)

Friends, think about this. It's a very serious matter. We love you in Christ. Call or write if we can be of help to you. Rt. 1, Box 266, Sperryville, Va., 22740 (987-8505).
