In other zoning matters, the board: • agreed to ask the Planning Commission to begin review and revision of Rappahannock’s subdivision ordinance. • postponed action on a subdivision ordinance amendment that would direct appeals of the ordinance’s provisions to the Board of Supervisors rather than to the Circuit Court. • authorized the zoning administrator to have copies of the revised zoning ordinance run off for a final review before the document is printed. • approved raising the special exception and variance application fees from $40 to $70 to cover the increased cost of legal advertisement.
