Spaghetti dinner scheduled

Forum on heart disease

A community health forum on coronary artery disease will be held Feb, 24 at 7 p.m. in the conference room at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Cardiologist Dr. Stephanie Mendlow will discuss evaluation and treatment of coronary artery disease, heart attacks, angina and prevention by reducing risk factors. Swine school scheduled

The Area Swine School will be held Wednesday, Feb. 25, at Graves Mountain Lodge in Syria. Beginning with coffee and registration at 9 a.m., the program includes discussions of Records and Production Cost; Outlook and Marketing Strategies; Improving Reproductive Efficiency; Aflatoxin; Virginia Boars — Why Not?; New Wormers, Vaccines and Disease Update; Updating and Repairing Facilities. African dancers at Gay St. Theater

Master Senegalese drummers, dancers and storytellers touring with Kancouran, the West African Dance Company, will come to the Gay Street Theater in Washington on Friday, March 6. at 8 p.m. Hie troupe, sponsored by RAAC, will entertain with a program of traditional dance, music and tales from African culture and history.
