Object of Suit This is a suit brought to collect delinquent real estate taxes owed the county of Rappahannock through sale of a certain tract of land containing 10 acres more or less situated on Rt.681 in the Stonewall-Hawthome Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, known as the Toliver Bennett property, and shown on Tax Map 47 as parcel 13, said property having been acquired by Toliver Bennett (also known as Toliaferro Bennett) by deed dated 11 March 1886 of record in Deed Book R, Page 441 of the land records maintained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
