Sealed bids should be submitted to the Administrative Assistant of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, at P.O. Box 222, Washington, Virginia, 22747, so to be received by him no later than 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 2,1987, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read. To be acceptable a bid must state a fixed price, must contain the name, address and telephone number of the bidder, and must be signed by the bidder. The winning bidder will be expected to sign a standard A.I. A. or similar contract with the County of Rappahannock. Applicable provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act will be included in said contract.
Rappahannock County reserves a right to reject any, or all, bids.
