The superintendent stressed that he’s not “sending up the red flag” yet. “We’re just going to have to be very tight from here on in.” Even with the lower-than-antidpated enrollment and higher-than-anticipated maintenance costs, “we don’t have a big budget problem. It will just have to be administered carefully,” Mr. Estabrook said.
