Tara Fisher, daughter of Dawn and Brad Fisher of Washington, has been elected to membership in Phi Eta Sigma National Scholastic Society. Phi Eta Sigma is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies.
Tara is a Dean’s List freshman student at the University of Richmond and a 1966 graduate of Rappahannock County High School.
