CARLA ADAMS
Carla Adams is one busy woman. She was recently promoted from the director of the 35-bed pediatric unit, to the senior director ofinpatient services and special projects at Fauquier Hospital As part other job, she manages the development of the Orthopedics Center of Excellence, the VIPeds children's program, and efforts to obtain magnet status for the nursing department. Despite her crazy, schedule, Carla loves her job. "Fauquier Hospital is a great place to work," she says. '1 love the PLanetree environment." Carla also enjoys the friendly people, the community atmosphere, problem solving, assessing situations and trying to make improvements.
