Attention former clients of Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging (RRCSB-AAA) Behavioral Healthcare of Rappahannock Rapidan (formerly including Family Guidance Services of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock) and Boxwood Treatment Center.

RRCSB-AAA intends to destroy clinical records of former clients who have not received services from RRCSB-AAA in the past ten (10) years (specifically, cases which closed between January and December 19%).
