History has shown that most of the worst creations in the world - wars, committee meetings, the National Hockey League - were invented by men with too much time on their hands. And that’s where I found myself this summer.

Back from a wonderful vacation, and with our son in Richmond for the month of July, I had time on my hands, and when we Rowands have that, things happen ... bad things.
