except Sunday, Oct. 22, when services will begin at 6:30 p.m. Evangelist Stacy Pearcy from Tennessee will be the guest speaker. Nursery and special singing will be provided for all services. Pastor Payne and congregation invites everyone. The church is located on U.S. 211 just west of the Route 229 intersection.
On Sunday, October 22 , Jon Heddleston, former RCHS English teacher and former editor of the Rappahannock News, will be honored during the annual Pastor Appreciation Day services at the Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church in Sperryville. The contemporary worship service, will honor Jon starting 8:45 a.m. The traditional service, also honoring Jon, begins at 11 a. m. At 10 a. m., there will be a fellowship gathering in the meeting rooms downstairs. Everyone is invited to attend either service and the fellowship gathering. It is our desire to fill every pew for Jon on this day.
