On Oct. 14, the Rappahannock High School Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Team defeated Brentsville 30-24 at Brentsville. , The team came out ready to play, rebounded well and hit some good shots.
High scorers for the game were Amanda Weakley with 10 points, Berkley Hobson with nine and Kyla Andreoni had eight.
Weakley and Kate Wilson were leading rebounders with seven and six.
The girls traveled to George Mason in Falls Church on Oct. 16, Mason won the game 52-23. Rappahannock was really flat, and just couldn’t seem to get things going in the first half.
