Meredith W. Shifflett entered a plea of guilty to a charge of grand larceny and waved all rights in Rappahannock Circuit Court recently. Shifflett’s charges stem from a larceny he committed on May 17 and 18 at the residence of Arthur Kitchen.
Stolen were an Echo chain saw, a DeWalt cordless drill and an impact socket wrench. The items were valued at over $200.
Shifflett recently completed a sentence of six months in Prince William County and will be sentenced for the larceny Dec. 4.
