swerved to miss a deer causing her Honda 1998 motorcycle to run off the road into an embankment. According to Virginia State Trooper Sumner no charges were made in the accident.
On Oct. 11, Trooper C.A. Moore reported that an accident occurred on U.S. 211 at 8:55 p.m. when three cars were involved in a collision.
Irvin Anderson, of Culpeper, driving a 1969 Ford pickup, had slowed his vehicle to make a right turn near Washington, Va., when Robert Exline, of Washington, driving a 1986 Mazda pickup, failed to slow sufficiently and his vehicle struck Anderson’s in the rear thereby pushing it into a tree.
