McCarthy said no neighbors, or anyone else, had spoken for or against the property. Bud Corder, the present owner of the property, said he had spoken to the neighbors in the area and no one was opposed to the proposed use.
BZA Chair Sidney Gottlieb said, “We like this kind of light industry or business that provides some employment.”
The business is allowed three employees in addition to Monroe and his wife. It has adequate space for parking available and the hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monroe said they have some things to work out and hope to start sometime around the first of the year. J?
