Brian Wayland, of Washington, did an estimated $10,000 worth of damage to his 1993 Honda when he ran off the right side of the road in his vehicle, which went into a ditch and rolled over back onto the road.
The accident occurred at 9:01 p.m. on Oct. 17. Wayland, who received minor injuries in the accident, was charged with reckless driving, according to Trooper Moore.
