There are many things that I do not understand myself in many areas, not just land use. My office uses the expertise of the Department of Taxation regularly. There is definitely a misunderstanding of the program by people who are using land use taxation as well as people who do not use the program. This is due to a nqmber of reasons, some that are very complicated issues. So sometimes the results are overlooked and not always viewed as benefits.”
