PURSUANT TO SECTION 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 of the 1955 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Nov. 12 1997, at 7:30p.m. at the Town Hall, on Gay and Calvert Streets, Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:
