If you are the parent, friend, relative, or teacher of a child with epilepsy, remember that this condition has not changed the individual himself. Although some precautions may need to be t&ken, that child will contmue to enjoy the same activities and people that he had epjoyed before the onset of the seizures. His need to experience the world and himself in a normal way has not been altered.
