The meeting was the last for three of the commissioners who have served their legal time limit on the tenmember organization. They are Dr. James R. Knight, Jr. from Warsaw, I)r. George L. Sheppard from Winchester and I)r. Allen A. Hoffman from Danville.
Elected as the new chairman for the commission was Third Congressional District Commissioner Frank T. Sutton III from Richmond, Richard T. Spain, commissioner from the Fourth Congressional District, was elected vice-chairman.
The next scheduled meetings of the commission are July 22, when the migratory bird seasons will be addressed, and August 2<>.
