REPUBLICAN MASS MEETING

I. Jesse E. Pond. Jr.. Chairman of the Republican Party of Rappahannock County, do hereby issue a call for a mass meeting of all members and prospective members of the Republican Party of Rappahannock County to be held at the Court House. Washington. Virginia, on Tuesday. May 24. 1983 at 8:00 p.m. The purposes of the meeting are: 1. The election of four(4) delegates and four (4) alternates to represent Rappahannock County at the Convention of the 26th Senatorial District Republican Party, to be held at the Holiday Inn. Luray. Va.. starting at 7;30 p.m. on Thursday. June 9. 1983 for the purposes of nominating a candidate for the Senate of Virginia. 2. For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Mass Meeting.
