I sinjj priceless fabric as well as plastic bowls, antique lace as well as cardboard forms, Flint Hill seamstress Coriime DelGrosso has been putting together outlandish creations tor fancy staye presentations ever since the Rappahannock Flayers first production, Finaf<*re, in the fall oflitsp.
For that Hilbert and Sullivan operetta, DelGrosso contrived an impossible hat foi- Josephine (Judy Romberjjer) usinjj an upsidedown plastic bowl and pink fabric. The play was a hit and so was the hat; anti since then DelGrosso has been filling difficult costuming requests of all descriptions.
