In chambers on Monday, J. Sloan Kuykendall, attorney for the power company, offered additional photographs of the line into evidence. He maintained that photos introduced in the earlier hearing by David Konick, counsel for Cameron, were exaggerated.
Konick objected that Pot Ed’s photos weren’t even taken on the Cameron property but instead showed poles and line on property belonging to other landowners, some located a quarter of mile distant.
