(Continued from Page 1) wis Wesley Hickman is a fugitive, due to failure to appear at an earlier preliminary hearing on the charges. Judge Shore Robertson issued a capias for Hickman’s arrest and set his bond for $2,500 cash. Hickman is already on probation in Culpeper for several breaking and enterings and grand larceny.
Hearings for both men are set for May 19.
