Leonard Nathaniel Tumblin, age 79, of Amissville, died on Tuesday. May 3, 19*3, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
A native of Virginia, his parents were the late James S. and Eliza McFarland Tumblin. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lorena Clatterbuck Tumblin of Amissville; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Mae Whitehead of Jessup, Md. and Mrs. Doris Critzer of Washington; six grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Violet Dodson of Maryland.
Funeral services were conducted at ( lore Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper on Friday by the Rev. Richard Woodard. Burial was in Forest Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Viewtown.
Frances Glascock

Graveside services for Mrs. Frances Weaver Glascock, 66, of Culpeper were held on Wednesday at Culpeper Masonic Cemetery by the Rev. Floyd Binns.
Mrs. Glascock died Monday, May 9, 19*3, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Harold W. Glascock and a retired registered nurse. A native of Culpeper County, she was the daughter of the late Dick C. and Reva Yoweli Weaver.
Survivors include two daughters. Mrs. Sally G. Lamb of Gordonsville and Mrs. Melanie G. Brandon of Richmond; a grandchild and three sisters. Mrs. Herbert Hash of Boston, Mrs. George R. Beard of Culpeper and Mrs. Anthony Reid of Vienna.
Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of arrangements.
