it appearing that a report of .the account of Aubrey North and Edith North, Co-Executors of the Estate of Thomas Norman Payne, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office and that six months has elapsed since the qualification. on motion of the personal representatives

It is ordered that the creditors of, and ail others interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 2nd day of June. 1983, at 9 00 a m before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Thomas Norman Payne without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published for two successive weeks in the Rappahanncok News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia.
