In circuit court on Monday, Judge Shore Robertson revoked the probation of a Washington man and imposed a six year penitentiary term previously suspended.
Albert Gatewood was initially convicted in November, 1981, of breaking and entering and grand larceny at the Washington Cash Store and given concurrent terms of five and six years. The sentences were suspended, however, and Gatewood was placed on probation, contingent upon his good behavior and compliance with the laws of Virginia.
