INVITATION TO BIDDERS
It appearing that pursuant to Virginia Code Section 11 -35 as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County advertised an invitation to bidders to submit sealed proposals for renovation and construction of the Rappahannock County Jail Facility by 3:00 P.M. on May 12.1983, and
It further appearing that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors wishes to modify the aforesaid invitation to bidders by extending the date by which proposals must be submitted,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the date by which proposals for the renovation and construction of the Rappahannock County Jail Facility has been extended and said proposals will be received by the owner at the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court, Rappahannock County. Virginia until 3:00 P.M., Thursday, May 19, 1983. The opening of the bids will be PUBLIC.
