Mrs. Charles Knighting of Fredericksburg was a recent guest of her aunt, Mrs. Early Sisk. Sunday Mrs. Sisk accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sisk of Orange to visit Mrs. Wallace Sisk in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Woodward of Orange, Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Painter and Mrs. Mary Jenkins of Culpeper were evening visitors.

Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. Frances Tabler, Mrs. R. E. Thompsen and Mrs. Catherine B. Wayland had dinner Thursday evening at Brookside.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Dodson, Jeff and Julie Dodson of Haymarket were dinner guests Sunday of Mrs. Kathleen Dodson.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown were weekend guests of Dr. and Mrs. William T. Frazer in Hamilton and attended homecoming at the Hamilton Baptist Church.

Andrew Reams and sons, Brad and Morgan, of Winchester were overnight guests Saturday of Mrs. T. M. Johnston after attending the U. Va./VPI football game in Charlottesville.

Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser of Washington entertained Mrs. Brown Miller and Mrs. Mary Quaintance at dinner Saturday evening at Brookside.

Mrs. Roy L. Reeve and her sister-in-law, Mrs. Rufus Barnett, of Ozark, Ala., returned Saturday after two weeks in Hawaii and San Francisco, Calif.

The Sperryville Bridge Club met on Friday evening in the home of mrs. Jack Brown. Guests were Mrs. I. R. Kilby, Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. Dale Metzinger, Mrs. W. H. Cordle, Mrs. R. E. Thompsen, Mrs. T. J. Pillar, Mrs. E. A. McNear, Mrs. Ulrich Maeyer, Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr., Mrs. Frances Tabler, Mrs. Eino Siira and Mrs. Peggy Pride. Prize winners were Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. Pillar and Mrs. Metzinger.

Mrs. Catherine Trescott returned home Monday from Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
