Hie survey was conducted by an Educational Administrative Review Team during a three-day period in October 1984.

Supt. Estabrook presented the Rappahannock School Board a 12rtem outline entitled “Topics for Action, 1986-86” in August intended to address those shortcomings pointed out by the survey.

However, few details concerning the survey results were offered during that August regular monthly meeting of the school board.

The administration was asked by the Rappahannock News to offer their response to the survey results which appeared in the first two installments of a three-part series which were published Sept. 5 and Sept. 12.
