math classes, humanities classes, Spanish classes, science classes, and many more. Artists from the community will be on-site working on their own projects for students to view and ask questions.
Later in the afternoon students will have two workshop periods chosen from an extensive list of offerings. These will include such diverse offerings as pinata making, kite making, computer assisted drawing, and line dancing. There will also be a Renaissance Fair, a Coffee House, Rappahannock High’s own Spanish dancers, a presentation on the History and Art of Film and much more.
The general public is invited to visit the high school from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to view the exhibits around the school. There will also be an evening viewing time for the community starting at 7 p.m. with a repeat performance of the earlier assembly in the school auditorium at 8 p.m.
