Cathy Lou and Carrington Smith enjoyed having daughter, Lisa, and son-in-law Curtis Stuart and their family on Sunday. They came by earlier and joined them for church services at Amissville Baptist. Fourmonth old Cory with a head of brown hair and blue eyes looks more like a little girl at first glance. They’re all so precious. (Of course Mom-ma is not too biased!) They also enjoyed having son-in-law, Ron Jones and grandchildren, Ronnie and Ashley stop by on Saturday. Also, foster son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Mary Burns brought Mike, Jr. and Aurbrey by for a while on Sunday. It was good to see Mark Bums, Mike’s brother, who was also with them.
The Bums enjoyed dinner at Ben and Mary’s recently when friend and neighbor Mrs. June Green took them.
On Friday Cathy Lou was thrilled to visit with former Nokesville resident, Amy White Lisko, husband, Steve, and children, Sophie and Stevie. They operate the carnival “Lisko and Sons” out of Ohio and were set up last week in the K-Mart Shopping Center in Warrenton. Her mom Linda joins her on the road. They travel alot so she homeschools the children. They have a large travel trailer which makes it pretty convenient.
