On April 27 Kaitlin and Kerri Moore went to the Apple Blossom Mall to see J.T. the clown. At the show there was a drawing for six children to participate in the Junior Clown Academy Class. We were so happy that out of approximately 25 names two of the six were Kaitlin and Kerri. Later that day they learned how to make them selves up as clowns, they received a mini professional make up kit, a certificate of completion as well as free tickets to the circus which is part of the Apple Blossom Celebration. . . Congratulations Girls — have fun at the circus.
The Flint Hill Baptist Church will have an opening service on Sunday, May 19 at 4 p.m. The guest speaker for the service will be Rev. Lanny Horton of the Shiloh Baptist Association in Culpeper.
