l'luuuiiiti uay 01 Prayer celebration will be held on the court house lawn in Warrenton at noon tomorrow, Thursday, May 1.

In Culpeper, Christians will meet on the court house lawn from 12 noon to 2 p.m. to pray for a moral rebirth in America. Special music will be provided by Culpeper Christian School.

This year’s theme is “Honor God.’ This marks the 45th annual Day of Prayer. If you’re unable to attend these special event, you are encouraged to have prayer wherever you may be for repentance and healing for our nation and God’s guidance for our leaders.

II just learned my sister, Peggy McGlothlin Schloe just returned from Pensacola Fla. where she reports her husband, Jerry Schloe’s church, Pensacola Assembly of God, has been in a Great Harvest Revival since last Father’s Day. They have witnessed many miracles and many denominations coming together.

Hazel River Assembly of God guest Evangelist, Steve Messick, continues revival through Thursday, May at 7:30 p.m. nightly. He is a singer, songwriter, and recording artist. Pastor Steve Dodson invites everyone to attend. Details call 937-6041 or •6021.

The Rappahannock Athletic Association is now accepting registrations for the Senior Babe Ruth League (ages 16-18). For additional details or registration, call Richard Pentecost 937-5975. Since Stuart Field is located in Amissville in tricounty area of Rappahannock, Culpeper, and Fauquier, players from surrounding areas are invited to participate. Opening Day ceremonies were held last Saturday.
