Tuesday is the last day to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election. Individuals must be registered in the precincts in which they live to be eligible to vote. \The Rappahannock County Registrar’s Office is open from 8 am. Is 4 p.m. on weekdays, but the office wBf be dosed on Monday in observance of Columbus Day.
