Robert Henry Bailey, Sr., 71, of Luray, Va., died Wednesday, September 19.
He was bom April 16, 1936 in Washington Va., to the late Edward Henry Bailey and Ethel Timbers Bailey.
Mr. Bailey was a self employed brick mason. A member of Military honors at grave by V.F.W. Corner Jones Post 621.
He was married to Beatrice Hortense Tutt on April 27,1957.
Mr. Bailey is survived by his loving wife, Beatrice Hortense Bailey, a daughter, Sonja Y. Bailey, two sons, Robert H. Bailey and Lovell A. Bailey, all from Luray.
Additional survivors include four sisters, Marie Davis, Patricia Norwood, both from Washington Va., Virginia Brown of Capitol Heights, MD., Jeannette Rawls of Youngtown, PA., and five grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bailey is preceded in death by a brother, Edward H. Bailey, Jr.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 22, at Bethel Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment followed at Hillside Cemetery, Luray Va.
