This week has been a blast.
It’s Spirit Week at Rappahannock County High School.
Pajama Day on Monday. (I came to school in Hershey Kiss pajama bottoms, and Homer Simpson Slippers.)
Twin Day on Tuesday. Decade Day on Wednesday. College Sports and Hat Day on Thursday. (Yes, wearing a hat on this day — and this day only - is legal in school.)
And Friday is Blue and Gold Day, culminating with the pep rally, powderpuff football game between the junior and senior girls and bonfire.
Saturday, of course, is the football game between visiting Chincoteague at 2 p.m. and the Homecoming Dance that night.
