The Shiloh Baptist Association will host four persons who are currently or previous foreign missionaries at its World Missions Conference, March 22-29.
A total of ten missionaries will be speaking during the week. The conference is being held in 20 Southern Baptist churches in Orange, Culpeper, Madison and Rappahannock counties. Each church participating will have five services each featuring different speakers engaged in various types of mission work. Services in most churches will begin at 7:30 each night. Most Sunday morning services will be held at 11 a.m. or the normal worship time.
Helen and Ray Reynolds served as missionaries in Belgium from 1972 to 1991. Rev Reynolds pastored the International Baptist Church in Jurbise. Mrs. Reynolds served as director of preschool and led training for preschool teachers in Europe. In 1991, they transferred to Germany to become church planting consultants with European Baptist Convention in Weisbaden. They retired in 1996 and live in Florida.
Dr. Kyle Perrin, a native of Oklahoma, began serving as a teacher at Seinan Jo Gakuin Junior College in 1987. He teaches English and Bible classes at the college and works with churches and missions in the area. Prior to that Dr. Perrin served in Texas as professor and vice-president for academic affairs at Wayland Baptist University and Dean for Academic Affairs at East Texas State University.
