Mrs Kemper is listed in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who of American Women and Who’s Who of Professional and Business Women. She was elected to the office of President General in 1995, with a mandate of votes and has initiated changes to open doors of communication with members and respond to their concerns.
She initiated membership promotion workshops to help chapter members complete application papers, computer generated application forms, a home page site on the World Wide Web, and E-mail service to expedite communication.
The NSDAR is not an exclusive organization but an inclusive organization: with help available in qualifying membership from all races that can prove a direct lineage to citizens and patriots of service to the American Revolution. The DAR works to protect and teach the greatness of our Country to all children and youth, and instill its promise for tomorrow. The DAR is devoted to God, Home and Country.
On Friday, March 20 the children of the American Revolution will present the Debutantes to the Virginia Conference; they are the future daughters that will leave CAR and become DAR. The children are our hope for tomorrow.
