Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 214, at page 8, which Noteholder is Virginia First Savings Bank: and whereas by instrument to be recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office prior to the hereinafter mentioned sale date, Robert B Hill. T O Rainey, III and Douglas M Atkins, were made Substitute Trustees of record; default having been made in the Rayment of the debt therein secured and being required to do so by the noteholder, the undersigned after having given at least fourteen (14) days due notice to the said Willie Joe Horton and Ann J.
