speech therapy as part of her road to recovery. She is getting some of her speech back and is moving around with the aid of a cane or a walker and another person. But, she is progressing every day and has gone far in a month, said Sheila Scott and that has really impressed her doctors and the staff at CHCC.
It is a long, grueling road back from a serious, life threatening injury but Scott is well on her way down that road. People in the county are marshalling resources to help her make it all the way.
The Rappahannock Fire and Rescue Association, along with Sarah Latham and Geraldine Payne, have set up a fund for donations and are now planning a fund raising breakfast. The breakfast will be held this Saturday, March 21, from 7 to 11 a.m. at the Rappahannock Elementary
