While I, (as do many others) do the things that I cfo for no purpose of recognition, but solely for the purpose of making any contribution I can, no matter how spiall, it is always good to know that the community in which you live believes that ypu care. So in that sense, I am of course, proud to be a member of this community and to know that in some way I can be of service. * Two: Regarding my talks on Black History in the Rappahannock County Schools, I am overwhelmed by the letters (too numerous to answer individually), the phone calls, and the personal comments by individuals about those talks, that I take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you, and regret that my limited talents and knowledge do not permit me to do more.
