tain rod to the finished length you desire and add allowances for top and bottom hems. Hem the sides and top of each drape rectangle. Stitch the pleating tape over the top hem, on the wrong side of the fabric. Insert pleating hooks into the tape. Put the drapes on the rod and pin the lower edge to the length desired. Hem and press.
