ORM Pony
Club succeeds
at knowdown
The members of the local Pony Club have much to be proud of. They participated in the annual knowdown in McLean. They were tested on their knowledge of horses and horse management.
The groups were based on age and experience. The ORM Pony Club made up three teams. Elaina Thornhill placed first. The teams of Brooke Agee, Laura Massie, Emma Smith, and Eliza Van Bueren were in second place. Lara Kreyling, Hallee Morgan, Lauren Thornhill and Lizzie Williams, won a third place ribbon. Anna Kreyling, Hannah Morgan, Christina Naramore, and Abigail Smith placed third.
The ORM Pony Club now has an unmounted group, so if there is a child who is interested in horses, but does not own a horse, there is alot to be learned as a member. If you are interested in finding out more about it, call Abigail Gille at 635-8666.
