worked on is bright green. The section I didn’t finish is more yellow than green.
The best time of the year to start a new yard or refurbish the old one is the fall, but spring time is almost as good — particularly if it is a wet spring like this one may be.
Remember: dethatch, aerate and overseed. Then wallop it with Grandma Putt’s Spring Tonic. Worked for me.
