It is therefore ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that all PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in the aforesaid tracts of land belonging lo the heirs of Sanford Allen, John Allen, Rachel Allen, Fannie Allen Johnson, W H Allen, and Jessie Allen, are made parties defendant by general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, and

It is further ADJUDGED. ORDERED, and DECREED that the Respondent and PARTIES UNKNOWN and any other persons having an interest m the aforesaid property, do appear on May 1, 1998 and do what is necessary to protect their interest herein.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of the ORDER be published once a week tor four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and that the Clerk post an attested copy of this ORDER at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file the same in the papers of this cause
