PUBLIC HEARING: AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County shall hold a public hearing on the following proposed amendment to the Rappahannock County Code on Monday, April 6,1998, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA. This amendment was approved for hearing by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting of February 18,1998. The Zoning Chapter Amendment is as follows: 1. Amend §170-66 E by adding a new condition, to read: (7) In the Agricultural and Conservation zoning districts no such professional office shall be allowed except in an existing structure, and only in a structure on the property where the residence of the proprietor or proprietors of the business is located. This proposed amendment shall also be considered by the Rappahannock County Planing Commission at a Public Hearing to be held on Wednesday, March 18, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
