Buddy Aylor remains a patient in Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Alexandria. Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Aylor visited him on Saturday and were also guests of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Cozzo in Falls Church.

Mrs. George W. Hawkins spent last Wednesday and Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding ahd family in Fairfax.

Mrs. Virginia Lewis is a resident in a nursing home in Bentonville.

Mrs. Frances Tabler, Mrs. Roy L. Reeve, Mrs. Mary Quaintance and Mrs. Brown Miller served luncheon at the home of Mrs. Tabler last Monday to the relatives of the late Mrs. R.E. Thompsen.

Mrs. Catherine Brown spent the weekend with Dr. and Mrs. Larry Kushner in Gaithersburg, Md.

Carlton Atkins, Mrs. Frances Thornton, Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. B.M. Varner and Mr. and Mrs. Pat Wilson visited Mrs. Atkins in University of Virginia Hospital on Sunday. Mrs. Atkins had surgery last Friday and is convalescing nicely.

Mrs. I.R. Kilby entertained the Sperryville Bridge Club at her home in F.T. Valley on Friday evening. Guests were Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. Brown Miller and Mrs. Ulrich Maeyer. Each guest received a prize.

Bobby Bruce, of Orlando, Fla., was here for funeral services in Front Royal Sunday for his father, Robert Bruce.

Mrs. Margaret Devers returned home from Culpeper Memorial Hospital on Thursday.

Mrs. Ida Cornell celebrated her 83rd birthday Sunday with approximately 100 family members and friends present.

to Who’s Who

Clarence E. Pendleton of Huntly is included in the 1986 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges.

Pendleton is one of 24 students from Potomac State College of West Virginia.

The students were nominated for their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.
